Description: This workshop will teach growers how to build their capacity for wholesale markets by pointing out what is important to consider before scaling up production, sharing how to find wholesale buyers, and giving growers tools and tips for wholesale success.

Then we will transition to talking about the steps involved for GAP certification and review food safety best practices for small produce farms. Whether you want to simply stay up-to-date on the newest developments in food safety so that are sure you are providing the safest and highest quality product possible or you want to pursue GAP certification, this workshop will help you meet your goals.
