Topics to be covered

During this webinar we will provide an overview of Cyclospora cayetanensis. We will hear updates from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) and the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDA&CS) on the cases in NC. We will also discuss control measures and NCDHHS Environmental Health Section's Response and finalize by reviewing essential practices for prevention and risk reduction of Cyclospora cayetanensis contamination in produce farms by the NC State University Produce Safety Program Agents.
