N.C. Cooperative Extension agents, farm managers and others may be charged with the task of training workers in fresh produce safety. The materials in this section include manuals, hands-on activities and worksheets, contact information for specialists as well as sound reference materials that might be used to enhance trainings or answer more in-depth questions or concerns.
Beginning in 2008, agents have been trained throughout the state on fresh produce safety practices. This document lists every agent and corresponding county, along with contact information for those interested in more information regarding the trainings attended.
