Collapse ▲This is a one day training course for growers on the Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) standardized curriculum that meets the regulatory requirements of the FDA’s Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule. We encourage anyone working in the produce industry and all farmers (large and small) to attend this class.

Before you register, please realize that only participants who attend all the sessions, actively participated in the activities and complete evaluations will receive a certificate for this class.

Registration Fee & Materials
North Carolina residents – $50
Out-of-state participants – $100
A Produce Safety Alliance manual and supporting materials will be provided to each participant. Participants will be responsible for lunch on their own.
Upon successful completion of the course participants will receive a certificate from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) by mail to the address provided.
