Collapse ▲The NC Produce Safety Task Force invites you to join us at this years Produce Safety Professionals Conference for a day of learning and networking!
The focus of this event is to learn from nationally recognized experts about the importance of cleaning and sanitation programs in produce farms and packinghouses. Through the day we will go through different topics that seek to strengthen food safety programs at produce farms and increase awareness of resources and services available from Industry partners in North Carolina.
Who Should Plan to Attend
Produce farmers, food safety coordinators, crew leaders responsible for cleaning and sanitation, organization members, county Extension Agents, regulators and association executives working directly with produce farms in the area of fresh produce safety.

Registration: 8:00- 8:30 a.m.
Location: Mountain Horticultural Crops Research and Extension Center (455 Research Drive, Mills River, NC 28759).
